The West Contra Costa Healthcare District Board named Joe Stewart Chief Executive Officer of Doctors Medical Center (DMC). Stewart has served as Interim CEO at the hospital since June 2007 and has been leading a team of turnaround professionals who have provided financial and operational oversight of DMC operations and finances.
