Doctors Medical Center - San Pablo/Pinole Engages McKesson for Comprehensive Replacement of Information Technology Systems

Doctors Medical Center (DMC) Board of Directors approved a $10 million contract with McKesson Corporation. The agreement calls for a comprehensive replacement of all hospital information technology (IT) systems with solutions from McKesson that will automate virtually all departments of the hospital and put state-of-the-art IT tools in the hands of physicians, nurses, pharmacists and other clinicians as well as administrative staff.
