The West Contra Costa Healthcare District Board of Directors will welcome Eric Zell as its newest member. A life-long resident of West County, Eric has a strong history of community involvement and leadership on a variety of public policy issues. Eric’s appointment to the Board follows the resignation of Jim Beaver who resigned from the Board last October.
