Cancer patients and their primary care physicians can have their cases reviewed by a multidisciplinary  panel of medical experts and receive timely treatment recommendations.  The tumor board meets weekly and includes surgeons, pathologists, medical oncologists, radiation oncolgists and other healthcare professionals, all dedicated to the patient and their family.  Family members are invited to attend and along with the patient are given the opportunity to ask questions and have an open discussion with the panel of experts.  DMC Cancer Center is committed to providing our patients with the best care possible, close to home.
