The experienced Registered Dietitians at Doctors Medical Center work with you, your family and your healthcare team, using nutrition education and counseling techniques, to promote optimal health and personal wellbeing through nutrition.


Patients learn to make changes to their diet so that their eating habits are consistent with their lifestyle--an essential ingredient for long-term results.


We provide practical advice on everything from understanding the nutrition labels on packaging, to easy menu planning and cooking, using recipes that fit your lifestyle. In addition, we can measure your body fat, metabolic rate (the number of calories you burn in a day) and create a personalized menu.

Many insurance plans cover these services with a physician referral. Non-medical nutrition education (e.g., sports nutrition, wellness best practices, etc.) is also available without a physician referral and may be covered through self-pay.
